1. All cancellations must be made 5 working days prior to the event start date to receive a full refund.
2. Any cancellations made 3-4 working days prior to the event start date may incur administration fees.
3. Any cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event start date will incur the full event costs.
4. All cheque and/or direct deposit payments must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event start date to confirm your registration.
5. QMI Solutions reserves the right to cancel an event at any time and in this case, refund attendees' registration fees.
