Rohan leads one of the Performance Improvement Teams at QMI Solutions.  He is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with degrees in Manufacturing Engineering and Business (Marketing). He has been part of the QMI team for 11 years, and is experienced in the application of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, factory layout design, process optimisation and effective workplace implementation. He has also lectured for the Queensland University of Technology on Concurrent Engineering and Industrial Engineering subjects. During his time at QMI, Rohan has assisted companies from a wide range of industry sectors to improve their capabilities and competitiveness and to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
